Likely a cyst : It is possible that you have a small sebaceous cyst. These usually are asymptomatic unless they become infected or become really large. Also bartholin's cyst can occur near the entrance of the vagina. Cysts usually occur from blocked ducts causing secretions to build up. Best thing to do is to see your doctor if it does not improve or resolve in 2 weeks.

Incomplete Rx?: Perhaps the yeast infection was not totally eradicated. Perhaps you might be allergic to semen. Perhaps you might be allergic to latex.  Still you should see your doctor.

A few possibilities: Genital skin rashes like this are pretty common. Mostly not serious. Some common ones are lichen planus, lichen sclerosis, psoriasis, eczema, and others. Yeast vaginitis?: Genital warts can appear (or reappear) months or years after catching HPV. Howver, warts don't itch; if you have warts, it's not the only problem. Vulvar itching is most suggestive of a vaginal yeast infection, which is much more common in women with diabetes. This could also indicate your diabetes is not under as good control as it could be. See your doctor and take it from there. Good luck!

Needs an exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. You may be just seeing hair follicles. Nair can be quite rough on the vulvar tissue and cause a lot of irritation. An experienced Obgyn should be able to determine the cause with an exam
