i have these small really itchy bumps on the bottom of a foot. i need to know what they are and what i can do to treat them. ?

Contact allergy?: You may be allergic to one of the ingredients in your shoes.  Consult an allergist or dermatologist to find out which ingredient is the problem so that you can purchase shoes without that ingredient.  In the meanwhile , consider a sole insert to see it it helps.   Topical hydrocortisone may be tried to control the rash but avoidance is the ultimate answer.

i have tiny itchy bumps on the bottom of my foot. they are all around what used to be a blister and is now a hole in my foot with weird looking skin?

I'm not sure what : Exactly you mean by a whole in the foot...are we speaking of a bonafide ulcer? If so you should see a foot doctor or dermatologist....if its just one of the blisters erupting it sounds more along the lines of a bullous Tinea pedis or athletes foot and a topical antifungal would be a good starting point.

Eczema: This is dyshydrotic eczema, keep your feet dry, wear open shoes not sneakers, if need be only use cotton socks, a dermatologist can help you with prescription creams if they do not clear.

See a dermatologist: Calamine lotion will not help. An exam is in order. Possible dyshidrotic eczema. Need exam and maybe lab.

Itchy red bumps: The description of itchy red bumps that come and go is very much the description of hives.  Hives or urticaria is very common affecting 25% of people.  Sometimes there is swelling.  Causes are many and unfortunately treatments available are fewer.  While hives are not dangerous or contagious, the itching can be very uncomfortable.  Allergist or dermatologist can assist in diagnosis and treatment.

there are 3 white itchy bumps on the bottom of my big toe. they are so itchy and when i sweat they itch even more, what could it be?

Fungus: Blisters can form from severe fungal infection.  Since you sweat a lot in your feet, first clean your feet, then stop wearing flip flops.  Spray down your shoes and shoes with lysol or bleach your clothes to kill off all fungal spores.  Then use spray deodorant on your feet to help prevent excessive sweating, then apply antifungal over the counter cream to your feet 3x daily.  Good luck.

See your doctor: If you have seen bedbugs, then no doubt it is bedbugs bites. Could also be a fungal infection.

It depends: In order to give you a better answer you need to describe the bumps or better send a photo. How big are they? Do they itch? What color?
The bumps can range from a response to pressure from socks or the shoe (pressure) to a number of skin problems.
