Get in: This could be a lymph node, a cyst or another typer of mass. I recommend that you get in to have the lump evaluated by your physician to make sure it is not something serious. In the meantime, you can place some heat on the area and see if it gives you some relief.  Take care.

Folliculitis?: Several things could do this, but the most common is folliculitis, i.e. pimple-like infection/inflammation, especially if some bumps have pubic hairs in the center. Pubic folliculitis is especially common in young people who shave the area. See a doctor to confirm and get appropriate treatment. If you shave, stop for a couple of weeks.

Rash: Could be inflammation of the hair follicles. This can happen from any method of hair removal. If you shave, be sure to use a clean, sharp blade. If you use other hair removal products, you may be having an allergic reaction, so don't use them again. Try soaking the skin 20 min. Avoid any products on the area. Go without undies at night. If painful blisters see a doctor to check for herpes.

Mons bumps: May be folliculitis, infection  of  hair follicle, very common especially if shave.  Would follow with doctor/ urgent care.They can give topical antibiotics ( sometimes bacitracin) that may hepl, sometimes you need oral antibiotics as well .Wash well 2 x a day. See a doctor this week.

Rash: Some people do get a rash with medications like lexapro, (escitalopram) but it's usually more generalized rather than being in only one place.  You might want to look at your underwear for sources of irritation, plus whether you've been using a different laundry soap?  Your primary care doctor can take a look, and offer more personalized ideas.
