You may have: contracted Herpes, if so, is very contagious. Stop all sex, including oral or any touching. See Gyn for evaluation, diagnosis, and proper treatment. Then notify sexual partners.

Usually painful: Might be, but could also be chancre or other std, or a non-std just in an undesirable spot. Need to see your gyn / "std clinic" dr for exam, diagnosis and treatment.

: This sound much more like herpes than anything else. See a doctor to confirm; better safe than sorry. Do it within a day or two for accurate swab testing (i.e. an HSV PCR test). Good luck.

Yes. Not herpes.: Herpes symptoms never last more than 1-2 weeks at a time. And herpes simply never causes itchiness without appearance of obvious lesions within a few days. There is no chance herpes is the cause of this sort of itching.

On the majora, sebaceous glands or hair follicles may also be responsible due to ingrown hairs or cysts. If this does not resolve discuss with your physician for a review of other more obscure causes.
