Hmmm....: Can be caused by fluid retention from heart failure, or liver or kidney disease. Swelling can also be the result of a generalized acute allergic reaction.

See Urologist: Could be as simple as a local yeast infection that can be corrected with a topical antifungal ointment or could be as serious as a bacterial cellulitis which would require oral if not IV antibiotics. The swelling could be from local inflammation or fluid around the testes called hydra cells. A urologic evaluation or at least being seen in a urgent care or by primary care physician is necessary.

The described pictures suspect the occurrence of acute epididymitis if deep inside the sac or scrotal abscess from infected sebaceous cyst if on the scrotal skin, and either requires urgent attention. So, collect the onset, duration, and progress of the symptoms with their detailed sequence of event, and bring those to doc for review, analysis, more hx, physicals, tests...

Likely reaction: A localized sensitivity/redness usually points to a local contact with a soap/spray/ chemical/etc. . If you are aware of such an exposure in the day prior to noticing the problem, just avoid the stuff and it should fade within a week or so. If you can't think of a source, you &amp; your doc may need to sort this out.

Need more info: It is hard to give you an exact diagnosis. Angioedema would cause the marked marked swelling, itching can be allergic response or infection. It is important to see your family physician very soon to make the diagnosis and get you better before things get worse.

Either one: Either fungal infectioni or certain bacterial infections can do this. "Oozing fluid" suggests a fairly severe infection, so it may not be safe to attempt over-the-counter treatment, and it's possible you would benefit from an oral antibiotic prescription. See a doctor and take it from there. Good luck!

See below: Probable early onset of a boil/furuncle/abscess usually related to an infected hair follicle or sebaceous cyst of the scrotum. At home treatment includes keeping  scrotum clean and warm moist compresses to help it either resolve or "come to a head." Manually "squeezing" the boil potentially more harmful than helpful. If worsens, see MD for possible antibiotics and/or incision and drainage.

Tinea: Sounds like a fungal infection. You tried Fluconazole tablets orally? Try otc Clotrimazole twice daily for 10 days and attempt to keep area very dry.

: Itching &amp; white flakes are not generally associated with syphylis-. If you are concerned about syphylis you should see a doctor and get  a blood test for syphylis.Primary syphylis presents with a painless penile ulcer so you may not have noticed that. Secondary syphylis comes with the rash.  But rashes are common in many diseases so if you've engaged in risky behaviors get the STD tests.
