Virtual consult/HT: A virtual consult with HT is available. It is probably a contact dermatitis from your description. Avoid harsh soaps and detergents. Apply low dose over the counter steroidal cream to the most affected areas twice daily. Consult with a physician and watch for worening, itching, respiratory difficulty.

Lump in groin: If the skin is chronically itchy and dry, there is a good chance that the lump is an ingrown hair (the lump would be about the size of a bb or a small pea). If the lump is bigger, consider a lymph node (almost always benign) (size about 1/2" to 1.5"); this would not be tender. If the lump is tender you have to consider either an infection (early boil, infected hair follicle, or infected lymph node.

Dermatitis?: Is what this sounds like but need to see a doctor for a specific diagnosis and treatment.  Usually consists of emollients (moisturisers) +/- topical steroids (anti-inflammatory creams) however also needs a medical check by the doctor and possibly tests  as some underlying medical conditions will present with dry itchy skin (e.g. thyroid problem).

i have extreme itchying redness and dry  skin in the area where my pubic hair grows.i been using ketoconazole cream but its not helping. what can it b?

Many things: Could be an allergic reaction to soap, bubble bath, shaving (if you shave there), etc.  Also could be a hair follicle infection, or even pubic lice.  You should be checked by a doctor to see which it is.  Good luck!

Maybe due to water: Getting wate or shampoo in the ear can cause irritation.  The clogging could be due to water or moist wax.  Yo may need to have the ear examined to make sure there is not a wax buildup.

: There can be many explanations, including allergies, refractive changes, etc., but by far, most are very benign, controllable, and often fully reversible.  See your doctor, decide if ophthalmologist is needed, and get proactive.  Highly unlikely that you will be "losing my vision."

Not all related: I can see itchy scalp as a possible allergy but eating fish cannot immediately cause you to have thinning hair and dry skin. This is related to a more chronic cause, did you get your thyroid checked? Did you see a dermatologist? You may have an unrelated skin condition.
