Hard to say: Without seeing it, but I'd advise you to have it checked out since it doesn't belong. If you wanted to try something prior to seeing a doctor I would try a topical OTC steroid cream. I.e 1percent hydrocortisone.

Without seeing: The lesions I am not sure what they are. Any lesion that would bleed though would concern me and i would likely biopsy for definitive diagnosis and treatment. In that region i would perform a shave biopsy of one of the lesions.

Itchy heel: Often times during the healing process one my experience itchy feelings and associated redness.
You have to make sure it is not infected. However, it is not likely as you say it is healed. If you damaged the tendon it can take longer than you might think to heal.

No, not normal: Itching has multiple causes but to rule out suture related issues, such as dissolvable sutures which didn’t dissolve, schedule appointment with the doc who placed them. More likely, topical irritants are likely the cause, but get correct diagnosis first, then successful treatment can follow.

i have a reaction to steri strips for my achilles rupture surgery 2 weeks ago. what can i put on the hives? itchy and painful, don't want to scratch.

See your surgeon: Achilles' tendon repair incisions can be 'tricky' as the tendon is nearly subcutaneous. Any non- healing wounds here or incisional 'rashes' should be seen by your surgeon promptly to avoid skin/ wound breakdown.In my experience the reaction to the steri-strips is usually a reaction to the benzoin used to keep the strips' sticky'and not the strips themselves. why does my achilles tendon hurt and bother me when i dont exercise and dance but it doesnt hurt when i dance and exercise? its come and go pain and just depends on the day and some days it hurts and other not at all. why is that?

: You are correct ….listen to your body. With your activity you warm up the tendon. With rest it stiffens from injury. But the injury, presently is small enough to heal before next activity. I recommend a stretching and strengthening program. This is a warning if you do nothing. Achilles’ tendons have very poor circulation. You should stretch and ice after activity.

Torn achilles: You will need to have it surgically repaired.  No other option.  The recovery is quite lengthy in most cases.  The DX is easy and a MRI is needed to delineate the extent of the tear.

Options: It may take a physical examination to get to the bottom of things. Clearly, it could be a "growth" or just an enlargement of existing tissues. The enlargement could be from the bone immediately under the tendon, on the tendon or from the tissues immediately on top of the tendon. Whether it is new growth, part of a repair process or due to mechanical irritation are just some of the subtleties.
