Dermatographism: Sounds like a type of dermographism. This is usually treated with an over the counter non sedating antihistamine such as cetirizine.  A sedating med such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may work as well.  Sometimes sun exposure can reduce the symptoms.

a month ago i got what i thought was a scratch about an inch long. since then it has grown to around 5 inches. it is raised, bumpy, and itches at time. i've put a couple different things on it, but its not slowing down. what could it be?

Linear skin lesions: The commonest linear lesions on these areas would be epidermal nevi particularly ilven and also lichen striatus.Inflammatory linear with blisters would suggest herpes zoster, followed by a plant contact dermatitis or a phytophotodermatitis from a photosensitising sap or juice eg limes.A tender thrombosed vein on the chest wall is known as mondor's disease.

: You may need to have it looked at by your doctor if it is red, or there is pus, etc. as it may be infected. If it is not red and it is not swollen and there is no pus, then you should apply an antibiotic cream ointment like bacitracin or triple antibiotic ointment twice daily until it heals. But, if it is swollen, re or if there is pus, then see your doctor. If you develop a fever, see your doctor

Papular urticaria: A localized form of hives that comes up after you scratch it is called papular urticaria, and often it is indeed caused by a bug bite. Try applying over-the-counter Hydrocortisone cream instead of scratching it. If it persists, see a dermatologist.

Respect  the  itch: Mild  cortisone  cream  ,  and  take  one  benadryl (diphenhydramine).  Why  the  part  is  numb?

Ignore no symptoms: Abdominal discomfort of any kind is not to be ignored--its a warning sign that something may be wrong inside your abdomen.  Please see my many healthtap answers on the subject of what causes abdominal distress. Not all such problems are serious, but you don't want to miss the inflammatory or infectious one that is. YES: Lots of water rinse and dry it with hair dryer    if not better  try to rub some Monistat vag cream  on it twice a day 
oral sex is one of the common cause.

ItchingsOnlySkinDeep: Sounds like some kind of contact irritation (something touches your skin that it is sensitive to) or a cluster of insect bites or something like that. Scratching just activates the cells that release chemicals that will make you itch more. Put on a steroid cream (hydrocortisone 1% and see how it goes. Rub it in gently 2 or 3 times. If that doesn't work see a doc for an evaluation.

Dermatographism: This dermatographism, or skin writing, is akin to having hives and the cause is usually elusive. It may resolve on its own. In the meantime think of anything you recently ate or took that could have triggered this skin reactivity. For relief take an antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy). In my experience, hydroxyzine is most effective(causes drowsiness,need script)
