See details: A lot of discharge with itching suggests vaginitis that is most likely from Candida (yeast).  You should be checked by your GYN.  There might be more that one infection.  The other symptoms can be from PMS.  If your period is not due for a week, and you were pregnant, the egg just implanted and would not cause symptoms yet.  Wait and see if you get your period.  Do a pregnancy test if you don't.

Exam please: Breast tenderness is one of the possible side effects of Depo. However you describe itching nipples and possible causes include eczema, Paget's disease and irritation from your clothes. Breast soreness: The symptoms you are describing really warrant a visit to your doctor for an examination.  The redlines make be striae (stretch marks) but can also sometimes signal infection.  Please see your doctor.

: Caffeine is not generally the cause of "recurrent abscess/nipple itching", but chronic mastitis can cause described symptoms. See your gyn provider or a general surgeon for an exam and evaluation of this condition.

Itchiness, no rash: Dry skin is a particularly common cause of itching without a rash, especially as we get older. Sometimes people have dry skin due to an underlying medical condition, such as an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) or Sjogren's syndrome (a disease that typically causes arthritis, dry eyes, and dry mouth). Talk to your Dr for a thorough physical exam.
