Vaginal health : It sounds like you have vaginitis, with the slight itching.  Bacterial vaginitis occurs sometimes after your cycle when there is a pH shift in the vagina, causing the smell due to the overgrowth of bacteria. You can take antibiotics or take acidophilus.  There are over the counter brands like Rephresh vaginal health cream that you can use and other brands, but NO DOUCHING!

Moisturizer needed?: It is possible because of hormone changes that you have dryness there is probably the cause of itching. Try twice daily moisturizing to see if there is improvement. Yeast infection is also possible you may try over the counter clotrimazole cream twice daily that would initially take care of the moisture and infection and then continue with your preferred moisturizer. I would not use oral therapy.

Sounds like BV: There are several causes of vaginal odor. You will need to see your doctor for testing. The most likely  is bacterial  vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacteria. The only real way to fix it is with antibiotics. Trichomoniasis is an STD that can cause odor and itching. Schedule a visit for an exam to determine the cause and treatment

Stop using everything to see whether it goes away. Keep the outside dry.

First: get diagnosis: Part of the problem is that itching is a symptom of another problem.  You could be itching from hormone changes, infection (yes, even if it is every month), or skin disease like lichen sclerosus.  The treatment for these is all different. You should see a gynecologist and get an exam at the very least to determine what is wrong first.  Try to go when you are at your itchiest.
