i have a place @ the top of my butt crack that itches very bad it stays about 2 weeks and then goes away and then comes back in same spot about a month or 2 later. do u know what this can be ?

Unsure: There are several things that this could be - as simple as a yeast infection, as persistent as a herpes infection, or as serious as a pilonidal cyst.  You should see your doctor the next time the symptoms arise.

Sun sensitivity: You need to protect yourself from the sun, apply a fragrance free high spf cream. A product over the counter by vanicream is pretty good.

Mongolian spot: is a common type of birthmark of darkly pigmented skin, (brown, gray, or bluish in color).  Mongolian spots are frequently seen above and around the crack of the buttocks.  Most are prominent at birth but fade with age.  Persistent Mongolian spot can be covered  with skin tone make-up, or can be removed with cosmetic laser surgery. These birthmarks are harmless and can be a source of family pride.

at the top of my bum crack i get/have an extremely itchy, circular, raised, rash with white spots. have had it at least 6 times in 2 years, in the exact same spot!?

Rash- need addle inf: There isn't enough information here. It could be a recurrent dermatitis (possibly seborrheic), fungal, or viral. How long does the rash last? Is there any pain, burning or itching?

: Impossible to tell you with such little information or a visual. A pilonidal cyst comes to mind(benign sac since you were a fetus),lipoma,nevus, but it could be anything, a benign or a malignant lesion. Go to your PCP to show it .

Probably keratosis : This sounds as if these are seborrheic keratosis that can either be frozen or scraped off. Some docs may also use lasers for this.

Allergy: it could be an allergic reaction in spite of the black coloration the itching could be the best sign 
Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and see a doctor

Herpes, folliculitis: Not enough information. Genital herpes is a consideration, but unlikely unless it started as red bumps then clear fluid blisters that then turned to pus. Maybe folliculitis. Dermatitis or allergic reaction of some sort. Yeast/fungal infection. Not knowing the cause, no way to recommend treatment. See a doctor or clinic. Do it ASAP:  f herpes, diagnosis must be soon and treatment started promptly.

Tinea Versicolor: Tinea versicolor is a rash that occurs after the normal skin yeasts, pityrosporum orbiculare or pityrosporum ovale, transform to a pathogenic form and turn off melanin-producing cells in the skin. Because the yeast inhabits the top layer of the skin, topical antifungal medications are very effective. If the rash is extensive, oral antifungal medications may be needed.
