Itch: Itch between the web-space of the fingers would be suspicious for scabies. Other causes would be some type of allergic or contact dermatitis- poison ivy or perhaps an early infection.

Athletes foot : Sounds like you have an athletes foot or tinea pedis. You should go to a foot specialist such as a podiatrist or a dermatologist for a prescription of a anti fungal medication. Probably also want to purchase a anti fungal spray for your shoe gear.

Doctor can evaluate: Rashes are quite hard to describe and diagnose in words. A primary Dr. or a dermatologist can look at it in order to tell what it is. If eczema rash, many people find 1-2 weeks of hydrocortisone cream helps. Itchy little bumps of 1-2mm size, that come and go on the fingers, may be dyshidrosis, a type of eczema. Some rashes are an allergy to something. A Dr.'s exam can help figure out a treatment.

Nodes: If these knob like structures are located on either side of the joint just under the fingernail, these are probably Heberden's nodes which are tiny bony spurs indicative of( wear and tear) osteoarthritis of that joint. These tend to run in families. An anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen may reduce pain in the affected joint. These nodes may form on other fingers in the future
