Usually from the stomach or esophagus; minor swift cramps or something like that.Do you get yours on an empty stomach?That's a clue.So is under stress or certain times of the day.If it's "every now and then,"don't worry. If it's 'every then and now, and now again and again, then get it checked out. Think about your diet and lifestyle.

Chest pain: At your age it is very unlikely to be heart  related. however, more information is needed  about the characteristic of the pain, location, associated  modifier factors, and and so on to give you a possible cause. At your age , muscleskeletal pain is the most likely explanation but you should go a visit your physician if no improvement.

Stress/anxiety : Stress/anxiety can cause all the symptoms you listed. However you should ask your parents to make an appointment with your pediatrician or primary care provider. They will take a  detailed history, examine you, and decide if you need any additional testing. If anxiety is the issue they can refer you to a mental health specialist.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

pleuritic-if bad-ER: Pleuritic pain is sharp, stabbing and relates to discomfort caused by chest expansion.  This can either involve the chest wall (rib cage and muscles), the lining around the lungs (pleurisy), the heart (pericarditis), or the lung itself (can be seen in pulmonary emboli or pe).  Pe can be very dangerous, and require imaging and IV anticoagulation.  If severe pain w shortness of breath, go to er.
