Neuropathy: Your symptoms describe what's known as neuropathy.  To involve the ENTIRE hand as opposed to a portion suggests that whatever's compromising the nerves going into the hand is at a level much higher as in the brachial plexus, the spinal cord root exit zones, or possibly in the brain. Get eval: You need an exam to diagnose the issue,..guesses include a nerve entrapment problem (like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome), gout, arthritis, cellulitis, phlebitis, etc. etc.

Cold feet: Your issues could represent something called Raynaud's phenomena or vascular diseasebbz. Generally with cold feet, signifies a vascular issue but could also be neurological. There are several tests that can check the vascular system as well as a neurological system and you can always get an MRI. I would see the closest neurologist, vascular specialist and/or podiatrist as soon as you can.

Alcohol and  milk: Try rubbing alcohol first to remove the burning oil. Then, soak the skin in milk or another dairy product. Only use water or saline for your eyes, however, and please remember that the best way to combat the chile pepper heat is to use rubber gloves when handling peppers.

TIme: Keep it clean and apply some topical antibiotics. The worst thing that you can do is get it infected. With that being said, if it is on your face you may benefit from talking to a dermatologist and/or plastic surgeon for some more specialized advice.

i have a gun bag with old targets. i went in it to get my d leaf wipes and then closed it. i cleaned my fire arm and the wipes container and my hands but was handling my phone in the process. i ended up eating 40mins later and touched my phone. lead?

: This amount of lead exposure is meaningless. You probably take in more lead each day just by breathing, because even with lead-free auto fuels, there's enough leaded fuel use (e.g. almost all gasoline power aircraft)  there's still a certain amount of lead in the air. Anyway, for sure no worry about handling lead ammunition. It's a good idea to wash your hands afterward, however.
