Many such compounds are marketed as having amazing results, regarding weight-loss, or wellness, or even treating complex diseases such as cancer. The "cleasing & healing" claims of such substances are totally unfounded, and their safety has not been ascertained in any large multi-center double-blind clinical trials.

Her are they: Now, there are several forms of lifting... Isotonic, auxotonic, isokinetic, and isometric. Here is a brief defination of all.

Isotonic - where there is constant tension during the lift 
isokinetic - constant velocity (speed) in the lift 
isometric - there is no change in muscle length during the lift, static 
auxotonic - changing tensions caused by altered velocities and joint angles.

Her is the differanc: Isokinetic exercise  dynamic muscle activity performed at a constant angular velocity; torque and tension remain constant while muscles shorten or lengthen.
Isotonic exercise  active exercise without appreciable change in the force of muscular contraction, with shortening of the muwith shortening of the muscle.

  Most effect on weakest point          
•isometric  (no movement)

   requires complicated special equipment but does strengthen the muscle through its entire range equally.

Depends: Normal saline (0.9% nacl) and lactated ringer's (lr) is very close to isotonic.  Hypertonic saline, hypotonic saline (0.45% nacl), d5w (dextrose 5%), d5ns, and d5 1/2ns are not.  It all depends on the fluid and electrolyte needs.
