Juices in general: (especially store bought ones) have a high sugar content which may work against the goal of being less behaviorally or cognitively hyper.  You would be better served by taking vitamin c tabs morning and eve.  Peace and good health.

Diet: Diet with foods with Iron is a great way to absorb Iron.  Good sources of Iron include shellfish, spinach, legumes, red meat, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, turkey, broccoli, Tofu, dark chocolate, fish. Eat up and stay strong.

It can lead to anemia and bruising/bleeding problems and affect wound healing and lead to psychosis etc.
