Usually not too bad: Thrush is oral candidiasis (fungus) and most of the time it is sore/uncomfortable. In severe cases symptoms can be severe because of excessive inflammation (mucositis).
Predisposing factors: recent antibiotics and/or steroid uses--common with asthma/copd inhalers etc, .Also, immunosuppressive states such as cancer/chemom, HIV etc..
Usually easily treated in 7-10 days.

Medications are considered to be out of body after 5 half-lives or in this case 150hrs or 6+days, assuming 30hrs. Of course, this is affected by your kidney function, in which it could stay in your body longer or be broken down more quickly in less time. Most important is resolving infection
