It is more difficult to treat than someonewithout oxox and may require 6 sessions with possible touchup sessions  about 3 months apart.

No: There is no such thing as permanent hair removal.  However, with laser hair removal, you will probably have a significant reduction in the amount of hairs and thickness.  Hair has growth cycles and it has to be removed in a certain cycle for the laser to work effectively. That is why doctors recommend multiple treatments with the laser.

Ovaries?: When they did your hysterectomy did they leave your ovaries in place?  If so, then i would have your gyn draw some blood tests to determine if your ovaries or adrenal glands could be secreting excess androgens and giving you the hair growth.
