had circumcision and frenuloplasty recently cause doctor said i have short frenulum, does frenuloplasty cause  difference compared to normal frenulum?

No: Frenuloplasty should not affect your or your partner's pleasure or reproductive ability.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Explain it to you: Depends on whether or not you wish to be circumised or if your problem is only a tight penile frenulum. Frenuloplasty would suffice if latter is the problem. Hope that answers your question. Suggest question be more detailed or specific you need more information. Surgeon-to-be should explain everything including options before any final decision is made.

Uncircumcised: There is a treatment with steroid cream applied by q-tip under the foreskin that is caught or tight.   A good urologist or a men's health expert will be able to help your friend.

i m a teenager, i got a frenulum tear 3 days ago, now my frenulum is shorter than previous should i tell my parents about it and have frenuloplasty or wait for things to get better??
please help..?

: True, a frenulum tear leaves a shorter frenulum. Tears are usually unintentional and small. People generally just let frenulum tears heal on their own, without any attempts at repairing them. That's because mildly shorter frenula don't seem to affect function. That being said, a person can get a video on an in-person exam with a doctor to check the tear. There are frenula at: lips, tongue, penis.

i've done the procedure 17days ago..

Piece work?: You mean you did it (to yourself) or had it done? There is no dedicated artery, and bleeding is usually spontaneously controlled. Due to its location, it can be frequently moistened, so may have poor scab formation and bleeding. Styptic pencil (ouch) may help with initial closure, but if 17 days lapsed, likely best to consult Urologist or your Dr for check that all is OK.

Tried creams?: Have you tried antifungal and mositurizing creams (together), to try to remove any fungal infection that could be leading to skin contracture and moisturizer to help soften / loosen skin? If yes and without improvement, need to see a urologist for examination and treatment options  short of circumcision.

had penile frenuloplasty 2 days ago. glans were left exposed and i was told to leave it retraced until it heals . however para phimosis can occur when left over the head. should i leave it retracted or pull it back up? it's a swollen ring right now?

: You have a valid concern, and you should contact your surgeon right away or go to the ER. Perhaps a urologist could chime in here and set us both straight, but the advice you relay doesn't make a lot of sense. Just to be clear, para phimosis occurs when the foreskin is left retracted, and the solution is to pull the foreskin forward over the glans to prevent constriction and loss of blood flow.

Can reduce strength : Frenuloplasty  is a common cosmetic removal of the ventral attachment of penile skin whale it is short and interferes with retraction of the fire skin. There is a very small chance of loss if erectile strength, but no solid evidence that it cures premature ejaculation

About double: At 14 weeks a fetus is about 3.5" from head to butt, and around 5.5" at 18 weeks, almost twice as long. We don't measure head to toe since they are rarely stretched out like that for more than a moment.

Amt vs frequency: Portion size is controlling how much food you eat in one sitting. The recommended is a fist-size amout of food. Number of servings is how many times you eat in a day or of a fixed quantity of food.
