Improve basic health: Your difficulty focusing may be part of the headache cycle rather than it's cause. There are various life triggers you can reduce with effort.Ha's are often triggered by  dehydration, stress, fatigue, fasting & sleep deficits> if you work on these basics things may improve, if not have it evaluated.

Yes: Ritalin (methylphenidate) is sometimes used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness, such as that associated with narcolepsy, and is also sometimes used to treat symptoms of inattention, such as those found in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

forehead headache and neck pain with difficulty focusing & forgetfulness. what can be causing this? how do i treat it?

Consult your PCP: You could be having cervicogenic headaches or tension type headaches, but the part which I think needs to be investigated is the difficulty focusing and forgetfulness.  If the headache is severe it can interrupt the concentration but forgetfulness is not a typical symptom; you should consult your PCP and get checked out.

i suffer from these symptoms memory problems,difficulty focusing,lightheaded,slow thinking,difficulty understanding speech,difficulty finding words.and difficulty thinking. can you please help me?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i have a feeling of electricity moving through my brain especially while walking. i get dizzy and my eyes have difficulty focusing. what could this be?

Head paresthesia: If you are having numbness and tingling in the scalp area that can be due to pinch nerves in the upper neck. If you are also having dizziness and visual symptoms then you may have issues in the brain. See a neurologist.

constant fatigue, overactive mucus production, slight headache, difficulty focusing, productive cough (mostly clear mucus), and slight left ear pain. what could be causing these symptoms? 
i do not have allergies?

: Typical symptoms of viral upper respiratory infection (common cold) but Covid-19 infection needs to be ruled out if you are at risk.
You can take OTC meds such as Tylenol or Motrin + Mucinex DM for those symptoms. You are young so you should be fine in case you are at risk for Covid-19; however, testing should be done to protect the unvaccinated people around you.

had asthma like symptoms to naproxen & ibuprofen. took mobic (meloxicam). had sweating, chills, difficulty focusing eyes. am i allergic or sensitive to nsaids?

Unusual: Although it is possible, the type of reaction you described is unusual for NSAID reactions although a drug fever cannot be ruled out.   See allergist to help you sort this out.

Difficulty focusing: Difficulty focusing = problems concentrating. This may occur for a number of reasons. One possible reason is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Adult add is probably underdiagnosed.  Nobody focuses easily on stuff they hate or find boring; the add sufferer has trouble focusing on play and the things they like.  The real question is, "will add medication help me?"  some of my colleagues recommend a therapeutic trial.  Good luck.

Work to eliminate: distractions.  get plenty of rest.  if you find yourself continuing to have issues be evaluated for ADHD
