Unclear question: What is the question? Cycles can vary in length for many reasons. A 37 day cycle will suggest you ovulated on day 23.

Not to my knowledge: There are medications that stimulate ovulation  and medications that can pevent ovluation over  the course of a month or more   but  I am not aware of any treatments that can delay it for a few days. A gynecologist would be best to answer this question.

Check Pregnancy Test: First i would check to see if you are pregnant. The hsg really should not affect the timing of your period. But sometimes it makes the tubes work better and increases your pregnancy rates.

Delayed period.: Stress, change in diet , an illness, change in your schedule, excessive exercise, taking a new medication or changing the dose of your current medications can delay your ovulation and in terms delay your period.

Ovulation: Hi, most women ovulate anywhere between Day 11 – Day 21 of their cycle, counting from the first day of the LMP.

Ovulation: A woman will ovulate approximately 13, 14, 15 days prior to menstruation. So on a 28 to 30 day cycle, ovulation probably occurs from day 13 to day 17.

20 to 25%: If you have no fertility issues the chance you conceive with regular intercourse each month is 20-25%.  Best to have intercourse every other day to improve the odds.

Possibly: Just because your cycles are regular doesn't mean they are ovulatory.  If your kits are negative you should talktoyour doctor.

Not clear: I am not sure definitive conclusions can be made from monitoring follicular development over one menstrual cycle. Since you are tracking follicular size I assume you are seeing an infertility specialist otherwise I am not sure why one would be monitoring this. If so then schedule a follow up visit with the specialist to determine the next steps.

31-14=17: There is a good chance that you will be ovulating within the next 24 hours.
