Yes: If you have a type of arthritis that affects multiple joints it may "seem" like pain is going from one place to another... The pain is a sign that several joints could be involved.  Sometimes people develop muscle cramps that may feel like joint pain, but this is more common in the legs.

Lupus can cause : Multiple joint pains. I would mention to your Rheumatologist though any new findings you have related to your medical condition so that they may accurately follow and help you. Sometimes, they may decide to change your medication based on changes in your symptomology.

Which joints??: Anxiety can cause joint pain, in terms of possible tmj/tmd by clenching of the teeth during the day or grinding at night.  Anxiety can lower the immune response and your ability to ward off pain, which can also contribute to some joint pain and issues.  I would see a doctor asap for a history and exam.

Maybe: Your question is very vague and impossible to answer in this format. There are dozens of arthritis types with different treatments and different short and long term complications and problems. The best answer is to get the answer as to what form of arthritid you have. This is best answered by a rheumatologist.

Acute joint pain: Severe joint pains that hurt to move or get out of bed is of concern . Causes are many  . Could be inflammatory joint disease,    polymyalgia rheumatica, acute viral syndrome with arthritis , inflammatory muscle disease , acute endocrine disorders , acute infections , early chronic fatigue syndrome etc to name a few . Time to see a doctor for thorough evaluation.

i  am a 48 yr old male, i have joint pain and swelling that last for 48 hours then moves to a new joint, it started a few weeks it seems to move to a joint and start with minor discomfort in the first 24 hours and then swells and is very painfull for 24 h

Migratory : Migratory arthritis, meaning that is in one joint and get better and moves to another joint is a typical presentation of rheumatic fever. Rheumatic fever is rare in the adult. Reactive artritis may present that way , but it would be not a frecuent presentation . The fact that it lasts only 48 hours makes it difficult and the fact that has been present foe a few weeks also .Ussually viral diseases might present in a non tipical way and could last up to six weeks but ussually patiens have a flu like syndrome. Another transient arthritis that may present in this matter would be that asociated with n gonorrhea, but again is associated with , fever malaise, a discharge  skin lesion. Since it has been there for several weeks yoy should consult your primary and see wheter he would like to determine what is going on or he would like to have the rheumatologist evaluate you.
