Canker sores: The main symptom of canker sores is pain and bleeding is quite unusual.  A tongue lesion that bleeds in the absence of trauma or doesn't heal would be of concern. In that case an oral surgeon should be consulted.

i had bleeding ulcer 18 years ago.  for 3 weeks, i have severe heartburn, level 10.  the pain is really bad. do i have another possible ulcer?

Ulcer: Heartburn alone is not a classic symptom of peptic ulcer which usually causes aching discomfort in the pit of the stomach relieved by eating food, taking antacids or ppi medication like nexium or prilosec. Of course you could have GERD and a duodenal ulcer simultaneously. You should consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and proper treatment. Appropriate tests, dietary advice will be provided

i have sharp stabbing pain under right rib cage (2 days) so bad  sometimes it takes my breath away. hx of bleeding ulcer (3). is going to er crazy?

Not at all.: it is possible that your symptoms are related to your previous ulcer disease, but there could be other possibilities also, which need to be sorted out. If your symptoms are severe, it is completely reasonable to go to the emergency room. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck.

i have a canker sore & have tried applying baking soda paste (baking soda & water) onto the ulcer and it immediately starts bleeding. is this bad?

Ulcer canker sore: For an open wound the ulcer might become more sore with your paste and open and bleed. You can apply a drying med, over the counter, Camphophenique to it 
twice a day and it dries up the sore slightly faster than 
natural healing.

can an ulcer be perforated w/o active bleeding? bad lower abd pain burning/crampy near belly button. hurts to eat/drink & sometimes breathing hurts.

Mgt: It is important to see the ED today.  You should stop solid foods and thick liquids until seen. Avoid aspirin products until you can see the ED physician.

No, your regular doc: This isn't an emergency, but you do need to figure out what's going on.  Whoever found the anemia is the person you need to go back to, and you might need an egd.  This is a scope of the upper GI tract, and will find an ulcer if there is one.  The way to get an egd is to get referred to a surgeon or gastroenterologist.

Hematochezia: It could be bleeding.  Usually there is an odor.  Iron can make your BM black.  If a history of ulcers you should have your doctor check you.  Do not take aspirin, Advil or aleve (naproxen) for headache until checked.

Ulcer bleeding: H. Pylori, alcohol, nsaids, acetaminophen, spicy products just to name a few common irritants which in due time increases the risk of ulcer bleeding.

Unclear question: You may wish to state your question clearly. Bleeding need not be associated with pain.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Unpredictable: You never know.  A gastric (stomach) ulcer could bleed today or it might never bleed significantly.  It depends on how bad the ulcer is and whether there is a major artery nearby.
