Sure: Itchy rash may be benefitted from calamine especially if it is the phenolated variety. This also keeps you from tearing fragile skin. If  the cause is skin infection  and that skin is involved/broken, it may may become irritated by the lotion.

?Folliculitis: This sounds like folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicle). Staph can cause it. But there are other things that can cause a folliculitis. You should have the contents of one of these "whiteheads" cultured to be sure it is staph before you accept an antibiotic. And if you shave your bikini area it could be you are spreading the problem. So, stop shaving for now, get treatment and new razors.

Speak to your md: This could be an allergic reaction to either the medications or secondary to the infection. Staph in the blood is a severe infection so you should be on top of everything with your doctor until you are fully recovered.

Staph infection: Staph infections are tender, painful, red swollen. There may be pus & blood. Fever can be high. See a dermatologist for your itchy skin. Antiseptics and antibiotics will make you worse.

Unlikely: Staph usually causes boils and abscesses ( in some cases systemic invasion into the blood stream) except in atopic dermatitis where it can trigger an exacerbation of the skin condition.

This : This is tough to answer without a picture.  There are several possibilities including bites (fleas or other), eczema or allergic contact dermatitis, lichen planus, folliculitis (staph infection), and others.  I doubt bed bugs given the location.  I would recommend you try a moisturizer such as cerave cream twice daily and if not better after a few days consider a trip to the dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options.  Bites are common in kids so that is certainly a possibility.  If they are bites, avoidance plus a steroid gel might be beneficial. I hope that helps.

UTI: A staph infection is short for a Staphylococcus Aureus infection that is causing your urinary tract infection (UTI).   Your feet swelling and itching is most likely not related to your UTI.

can i still take xinc oxide on staph infection?

Yeah.. but: the pill form won't help the infection in any way unless you have a severe zinc deficiency and even then....not much.
On the toher hand, zinc oxide is helpful on healing.
BUT you have to have an infection treated with antibiotics (and often surgical drainage) before that becomes relevant.
