I'd wait another day: The problem with recovery is you often have cravings for stuff your system may not be ready for. Any fatty food, cheese, salsa, fried food, require increased digestive work & may trigger renewed sx. Steamed rice, noodles, macaroni without sauces, spaghetti, simple breads are all well tolerated during recovery from a GI disturbance.

Not necessarily: You might have food intolerance to any of the pizza ingredients.  Or you might have gastritis, gallstones, ulcer.  Try otc Prilosec or zantac (ranitidine).  If that doesn't work, time to see the doctor for specific diagnosis and advice.

Yes, it could: Be related.  But not likely if you do not have any pain.  It could also be pancreatic insufficiency.  Have you doctor take a look at you.

Dehysrated: You are dehydrated .  Try to drink a lot of water and the dizziness will resolve as you replenish this water loss  you should during at least a 2 liters of water a day  at the minimum.  Good luck!

Yes: You might want to try using some antacids like Gaviscon or Maalox since these can provide some soothing of your discomfort. If your symptoms persist or worsen, see your doctor.

GO get checked: for a viral infection, or residual poorly functional bowel from unbalanced diet such as rich in protein and poor in fiber.  Or you can get bad heartburn/ reflux symptoms from acid.  Or you may have poor digestion from eating foods you normally don't eat or do well with.  Or you can have gallbladder disease if it gets worse w/ fatty, rich meals.
