No: It is unlikely that you can perceive pain from the ovary. One day after intercourse is too soon to be pregnant. Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Yes, maybe,: If you mean an enlarged ovary on ultrasound, although a positive pregnancy test is a much better one. The 'feeling' of an enlarged ovary is not reliable.

Bleeding/pain ?'s: Sustained bleeding for "two weeks" requires evaluation by a physician.  Pain in left or right abdominal area as well could indicate a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain, as "home tests" do not detect low levels of pregnancy hormone, which is present in ectopic pregnancies.  If HCG is positive, see your gyn immediately.

Pain : Pain at midcycle is usually pain from ovulation, if it is before a pregnancy has been documented.  However, pain in the ovary region after pregnancy can represent a "corpus luteum cyst", which is a cyst on the ovary that feeds the pregnancy prior to implantation of the fetus on the placenta.  Pain during pregnancy can also be "round ligament pain" as the uterus enlarges.  If a patient is pregnant and has severe ovarian pain however, then rarely ectopic pregnancy (tubal) should be considered, but fortunately that is very rare and is usually accompanied by spotting.  If a patient had persistent pain and is pregnant then they should consult their gynecologist.

Maybe not pregnant: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, vaginal spotting, or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early such as less than 2 weeks after conception.

Missing a period: Missing a period is a sign of possible pregnancy. Pain is not a symptom of early pregnancy. But, you need to do a test. It is time.

Normal and common: I'm afraid it's too common to be specific: in other words, can't say it's good or bad - but it is normal. The only reliable pregnancy sign before a missed period is a positive test. Best of luck next few days!

Atlhough cramping: Can occur in early pregnancy- it is not diagnostic for pregnancy. Swollen ovaries is not an indicator of pregancy.  If you  miss your period - take a home pregnancy test.
