Depends: Creams/lotions/powders that you apply to the skin are not absorbed in significant quantities so they are fine to use when breastfeeding. This assumes that they are never applied near the breast, where nipple contamination may occur.

: Usually sulfur taste and burps are caused by digestive action including by bacteria in your mouth. Drinking peppermint or green tea may combat or prevent this sulfur taste.

Keep diary: Keep diary watch symptoms and avoid these foods. If symptoms resolve, you known what foods to avoid.  Also, you may need to increase fiber in your diet to increase transit time.  This may help. .  You can use gas x when you eat the foods that cause flatus to control those symptoms.

: I've never found  pathology in patients whose urine smells like sulfur. Other than checking for a bladder infection, dietary factors, certain medications or supplements being taken and not taking in enough daily fluids, I had no further advice for them. Would a urologist have more advice for you?

Sulfur burps: Sulfur burps occur when foods containing sulfur break down in your stomach. If it occurs often look up sulfur containing foods on Google and limit them. Drinking lots of water may flush them out. Taking simethicone after meals prevents gas buildup. Get tested for  h pylori bacteria in your stomach

Sounds like reflux : Visit your doctor or try an over the counter( steer with double the dose) and see if it helps. If it does you have your answer.  Usually with reflux we say not to eat or drink 2 hr before bed to eliminate symptoms
