Upper respiratory: It sounds like you may have an upper respiratory infection. I would see your PCP or schedule a virtual visit on healthtap  with a doctor from your state. These are not symptoms of pregnancy but If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

Could be!: Usually the first symptoms of pregnancy are nausea and morning sickness rather than hunger bouts. However our body is not always regulated by these fixed rules. I suggest ---check your pregnancy

Not necessarily: Eating more can be due to the worry about being pregnant!  If you have had unprotected sex, unless you are in a longterm monogamous relationship &amp; both partners are STD free, get checked for STD's. Continue birth control if you don't wish to become PG. Since you might be, assume you are &amp; do not take any other meds (not prescribed) except a prenatal vitamin with folate (folic acid). No drugs, ETOH, tobacco.

Not a sign: Eating more is not a sign of pregnancy but if you had unprotected sex before ovulation then you may be pregnant.  If you miss your period take a home pregnancy test (but not before you miss the period)

Pregnancy: Your symptoms are in keeping with pregnancy. Get a pregnancy test done. If it is negative or positive, see your doctor.  A headache needs to be checked along with your blood pressure. All the best.

Abd pain/headache: They are not the usual signs. In pregnancy get nausea ,swollen tender breasts, sometimes headache or rhinitis. Would check HCG but consider may be reflux/ gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria, may be sinusitis from reflux, may be food intolerances.  or gallbladder. Sometimes vaginitis can cause abdominal pain, or may be UTI . F/U today w/doc

Temperature : Temperature (increase or decrease) as an independent variable is not an indicator of pregnancy. More importantly a missed period is more reliable. If your period is late by at least a week  you should take a pregnancy test, otherwise you can take an early prediction pregnancy test one week before your period is due.

Not many: Often early on in pregnancy some women have no new symptoms at all. Usually one of the first symptoms is nausea  or "morning sickness" some women also report change in smell and/or cravings for certain foods but often no symptoms.
