Abd pain/headache: They are not the usual signs. In pregnancy get nausea ,swollen tender breasts, sometimes headache or rhinitis. Would check HCG but consider may be reflux/ gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria, may be sinusitis from reflux, may be food intolerances. or gallbladder. Sometimes vaginitis can cause abdominal pain, or may be UTI . F/U today w/doc
