Not very: It's either an opportunist in immunocompromised people (if deep) or a cause of difficult ulcers, often on the feet (on the surface). It doesn't present a hazard to those around the patient. Surface ulcers should be kept clean and hygienic.

Many mycobacteria: There are &gt;200 species of mycobacteria.  We worry about mycobacterium tuberculosis because it can be transmitted between people. Atypical mycobacterium, like mai, are not contageous. These are in our h2o supply ; we drink/inhale them.  Most are problematic in people w/lung diseases (copd/cystic fibrosis) or those who are immunocompromised (hiv/transplant patients). In normal hosts usually no worry.

Tuberculosis: Unless there is an unusual coincidence, this appears to be a repeat question, answered a few weeks ago. Tuberculosis ("Koch's infection") is minimally infectious if there is no cough, and also is rarely transmitted once the patient is on proper treatment. You will not be a risk to your co-workers and need not mention your TB to your employer.

Pharyngitis: Need more info.  What is causing the infection, how long have you had it, are you coughing, what form of contact do you have with people to whom you are concerned about infecting, and so on.  Rephrase question and ask again.  Best.

Yes.: Most upper respiratory infections are contagious. The best way to prevent spread is to wash your hands or use alcohol based sanitizer frequently, avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth, and if you do have a cough, do it into your sleeve and not your hand.

Bronchitis: It can be depending on the cause. Flu and whooping cough can both cause bronchitis which are highly contagious. Flu can also cause pneumonia. Bronchial infections are called bronchitis. On the other hand some bacteria can also cause bronchitis that are not contagious.

Sepsis contagious?: Sepsis =infection w/severe inflammatory response (low bp, rapid hr, leaky blood vessels, poor blood flow to vital organs & extremities)   infections w/ability to spread person (or animal/object) to person are contagious.  Many infections are contagious & don't cause sepsis (i.e. Common cold, tb); some do (anthrax, salmonella, plague).  Follow contact precautions posted for the sick pt to be safe.
