Use Neosporin?: Any damage to the epidermis is a potential area for infection. Neosporin is a good first aid intervention to help avoid bacterial infection. Things to be concerned about: if the area becomes painful,  if the site expands or becomes swollen, or there is drainage.  All of these might indicate a need for further intervention.

Careful: Need to be careful when eating whole seeds. Sometimes they remain undigested and can be the source of appendicitis if they become lodged during intestinal transport. L-arginine is commonly sold in 500mg capsules.  Dose can be anywhere from 1000mg-3000mg a day.  Higher doses can cause diarrhea. If taking to support no cycle, might look at l-citrulline instead.

No: Sorry. No clinical trials have ever shown that suggest a benefit of combining these two Amino Acids in improving no levels or reducing oxidative stress.

Yes, but : probably not necessary unless you've been diagnosed with a specific condition that requires you to take these supplements. If you eat a well balanced diet you don't need amino acid supplements. Save your money and have a nice dinner.

Arginine is safe, it may help you build some muscle by stimulating growth hormone, and may indeed accent your being vascular though keeping lean and high blood volume by doing a lot of cardio and watching fats and carbs in your food will help more. See whether you look more vascular shortly after taking arginine, and if so, take it before show times.

: Priapism is a rare side effect of cialis. I am not sure you use L arginine for erectile dysfunction or for peripheral vascular insufficiency along with pentoxifylline. In theory, because L arginine can increase the blood flow to the penis so it can strengthen the effect of cialis or exacerbate the side effect. However, there is no reported interaction of these three medications that I can find.
