Clonazepam: Is a controlled substance with habit forming potential. While it can help in patients with anxiety disorder and hypertension, its long term potential for side effects is serious. Would suggest revisiting with your prescriber short, medium and long term goals.

No magic: None really. Firstly there aren't really any effective wt loss meds. Over the counter meds are either ineffective dangerous or both. Diet , exercise , counseling and for severe obesity bariatric procedures are the real options. Even a 10# wt loss can reduce your BP so modest wt loss is a real treatment for high bp.

Neck : Neck pain and headaches may be from wearing out of your neck and may respond to treatment of your neck problem.  I would recommend seeing a pain doctor for this.  Headaches can be also caused from your head and are usually treated by a neurologist.  Good luck!

See your doctor: Heart attacks can be life-threatening.  If you are not feeling well and having chest pain you should go to the emergency room or call an ambulance.   If you feel like this all the time and nothing seems to be new or getting worse,  you should probably call your doc and get checked out in the office.

: Unless you're taking antihypertensive meds that prevent your heart rate from racing ((beta blockers, verapamil,diltiazem)  it's not unusual that your heart rate will temporarily accelerate from the excitement of orgasm.  Some people do get muscle contraction  headaches during sexual activity. However severe headaches&amp; back pain should be evaluated by your MD.

Further evaluation: If her head hurts ONLY when she is in certain position, that is not a migraine and deserves further evaluation. Certainly, elevated blood pressure can create positional headaches but if these are fairly new symptoms, again, she should seek further evaluation.

Don't think so...: "swelling up" as in the fingers, hands, feet, and lower legs becoming fuller in hot weather is usually due to more blood flow to the hands and feet. This is called vasodilation, and occurs when a person is hot. His body sends more blood flow to his skin (including the hands and feet) because that helps cool his body down. It is not considered a sign of high blood pressure.
