Depends on amount: Depending on how much you are taking in, that could be a whole lot of caffeine intake, which has its own associated health problems.  Be careful!

Love is the answer: Smoking may be the most cruel of the addictions as it's very hard to stop and the risk of a terrible outcome -- like the oral cancer in this photo -- is very high. There must be some person in the world who you love, and who i may hope loves you, more than you love to smoke. If not for yourself, then overcome the addiction specifically for that person's sake.

Depends on amount: Soap is not designed to be eaten but does dissolve in wet locations, so likely will cause bodily damage, depending on the amount eaten per day, the duration of the habit, and the type of chemicals in the soap. The eating of non-food items is not "normal", so should be evaluated by a primary care doctor. Referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist may help, if one is unable to stop eating objects.

Bodies and Men: The right and only answer is that you are very young. There will be a day in your 30s where this will change forever.  You may avoid that by learning better habits now when it is easy. After that day in your thirties it all get's harder.

Foreplay: For many women, it is difficult to reach an orgasm. However, there needs to be foreplay to excite and lubricate those tissues. It may be that you need more than just intercourse so it is time to have a conversation with your husband. If he loves you half as much as you love him, he will understand and help you reach an orgasm.

You're halfway there: You've got the exercise part down, good for you!  you can break the evening eating by starting slow to change your habits. Small healthy meals, if you crave sweets try sugar free puddings or jello gelatin with fat free whipped cream. Mthe cravings do stop.  You can do it!
