Running and Cramps: Running or jogging does not usually cause pelvic cramps. I suspect that the cause of the cramps is independent of the exercise. Nevertheless, it is possible that as you begin getting in shape that you will get lower oxygen to the pelvic organs so more is available to your legs and muscles involved in running. If the pain persists then i suggest a visit to the gynecologist. Good luck.

i finished my period 2 weeks ago and now i feel cramps(very unusual). no bleeding. also i feel what is close to baby kicks but only on my left side.

Ovulation: Is likely in this situation. Some women feel ovulation pain about 2 weeks before they start their next  period.

UPT, if applicable: If you have been sexually active and not on BCP, you may be experiencing signs of early pregnancy, for which UPT may become positive in ~ 1-2 wks of conception. 
If not pregnant, normal hormonal fluctuationscan also cause soreness and fullness in breast. If the symptoms persist beyond a week, I would recommend an examination in a doctor's office and testing as indicated.. Good luck!

Possible anxiety: if symptoms are so diverse and belong to many different systems of the body, there is the possibility of anxiety, depression and stress.
 full medical examinations is needed to exclude a medical problem

Short period: Are you still having nausea?  breast tenderness/ Would check a urine blood HCG. if negative an no period consider TSH ( thyroid) may also consider prolactin level.  and follow up with doctor/ urgent  care to evaluate ovaries for polycystic disease and  consider sonogram

Hydrate: Possibly not pre-hydrated well... Stay well hydrated and make sure you have enough potassium too.

24f 5'4" 161lbs with secondary amenorhea. trying to lose weight but get bad abd cramps right after jogging as i cool down. why does that happen?

Post exercise cramps: Your abdominal cramps during your cool down may have to do what you may or may not be eating before your exercise.  It may also have to do with the conditioning of you ab muscles.

Could be the shoes: It very well may be the shoes or it could be how you run. I would get an evaluation on your shoes and running style. Not everyone is built to run. You really do have to learn how to do it. Some people are just born runners. May need orthotics as well. See a Podiatrist for a work up.

Adhesions: Could be some pulling from scar tissue (adhesions) from the surgery. If it continues, follow up with surgeon.

every time i poop i spot vaginally not due for my period and i have right side cramps n hip pain n the side of my right rib hurts. what can it be?!?

Ovarian cyst: An ovarian cyst can cause irregular vaginal bleeding and pain in the side. If it continues i recommend a gyn visit and pelvic ultrasound.
