Ecoli UTI: This sound like you have an E. Coli urinary tract infection. This is not sexually transmitted. It is an infection in the bladder and it  must be treated with antibiotic. If it is not treated  the infection can go from bladder to ureters to kidneys and cause a much more serious kidney infection called pyelonephritis. This could require hospitalization. Please get treated right away

Several STDs: STD and STI mean the same thing. There are almost too many to list in the character limits on this forum. The most common and/or serious ones are HIV/AIDS, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes due to herpes simplex virus type 1 or 2 (HSV1, HSV2), human papillomavirus virus (HPV), trichomonas, Mycoplasma genitalium, chancroid, hepatitis B, donovanosis, and others. Yes: Stds are all treatable...For now.  However, we're now at the point where there's only one antibiotic left that still treats gonorrhea, with nothing else on the horizon.  So don't throw away your condoms!

Yes: Vertical transmission (mother to baby) of a variety of std's is possible. Those with a blood phaze like syphilis are not as likely if the mother receives prenatal care where this can be identified and treated before baby has problems with it. Herpes, gonorrhea ; chlamydia can be picked up by baby during birth. Others are also possible.

All of them: Gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphillis, herpes (type i & ii), hepatitis c, hiv. You and your partner should be tested if there is any concern. And practice safe sex if there is any uncertainty. Have fun but be safe!

Almost certainly not: Almost certainly not -- but it depends on what you mean by "never had sex". STDs are almost entirely transmitted by direct genital-genital, genital-anal, or genital-oral contact. If these have never happened, almost certainly you have no STD. However, there are rare exceptions, such as potential rare transmission by hand-genital contact. A baby born to an infected mom can catch certain STDs.

General rules: These diseases are generally passed from one supportive environment to another. The moist environment of sexual secretions is the vehicle in which they are transferred. Unless the sexual fluids on the finger are passed to another moist environment, they would dry out &amp; the germs die. Genital to genital transfer is the rule as intercourse includes prolonged contact of both to sexual secretions.
