Yes: It is fine to use those ingredients when cooking during pregnancy.  They will cause no problems for you or your baby.  If you don't use them your cakes will be very flat and taste very bad!

Category C: If used during pregnancy, meaning use with caution if benefits outweigh risks. Other medications are more safe during pregnancy for acid reflux as ranitidine OTC, ask your pharmacist or doctor about it, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby

Acute Gout: Sodium bicarbonate, (sodium bicarbonate) once it enters the stomach, turns into water and a carbon dioxide gas. The pH of blood is unaffected. Therefore, it has no realistic role as a treatment for gout!  There are many effective strategies for acute gouty arthritis. See your rheumatologist.

No: Sodium bicarbonate is a symptom relief measure used in adults experiencing heartburn  or reflux.  Adults have kidneys that can  get rid of the extra bicarbonate.  Infants do not have this ability.  If your child  is experiencing reflux symptoms talk with your pediatrician.  However, please do not give your infant sodium bicarbonate, unless you are specifically to by your doctor and in what amount.

Kidneys compensate: Your body tries to buffer the increased carbon dioxide from chronic respiratory acidosis by increasing the bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) absorption from the kidneys to keep the body's pH near 7.4.

It's safe: It doesn't work very well. Nowadays if you have body odor, you'll be at risk to lose your job and nobody will tell you the real reason. You also can't smell yourself. The old lie about ordinary deodorants causing cancer was traced back to a guy selling a phony mineral deodorant. Be smart.

Rhabdomyolysis: Keep taking fluids. As a general rule if CPK less than 1000 there is no danger to kidneys.

What for?: What do you intend to accomplish by taking baking soda? It is not a treatment or prevention for anything. If you must talk to your doctor and mention all the medications, including herbals, over the counter etc to your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Need pH testing: Ph testing can check your esophagus for exposure to substances regurgitated from the stomach-- for acid (such as bravo ph capsule implanted on your esophagus) as well as non-acid reflux (ph impedance testing). The test correlates your symptoms in real-time with what refluxes.  Ph testing also has utility in assessing the efficacy of acid-blocker drugs. Drinking bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) puts kidneys at risk.
