Alcohol & Tylenol (acetaminophen): Alcohol and tylenol (acetaminophen) taken together increase the risk for liver damage. If you can skip the tylenol (acetaminophen) it would be best.

It has been prescribed millions of times &amp; remains on the market due to it's proven safety in general use. Any individual patient may have a reaction to any antibiotic or side effects. Monitoring of such issues by the treating physician is always a standard of practice.

NSAID with tylenol: The key question is for you to ask why are you taking Tylenol and planning to take NSAID on a regular basis?  Do you work out a lot?  Are you overweight?  Do you have migraines or chronic headaches?  You might consider seeing your GP about this.

Macrobid: Macrobid has been used for many years for treatment of uti's both acute and chronic and also as prophylaxis in preventing uti's in sexually active women. Patients on any long term drug need to be monitored by their physician. There possible problems with the long term use of this drugs, liver function needs to be monitored. There are rare lung complications including lung fibrosis.
