Be cautious: accutane is vitamin A, and it isn't a safe drug, must be taken under strict supervision, lots of side effects and possible drug-drug interaction, ask your doctor if you want to add any other medication, and restrict accutane  usage for the least duration possible, even if you are a male, take care

I don't advise it.: Accutane already has the potential to cause liver and kidney damage and should not be taken lightly or without close monitoring. High protein and creatine powders add an extra layer of stress to your system &amp;  could cause dehydratiion.   In the long run, it takes time and hard work to build muscle, and you only need modest protein in your diet to supply that.

: No, it should not affect your genital organ and there is no interaction between accutane and creatine supplement. However, I do not believe in the benefits of creatine supplement. If you want to build muscles, you just need to increase protein portion in daily diet. Good luck!

Yes: No drug interactions listed for those two. I understand the purpose of taking Accutane for severe cystic acne but for what purpose are you taking creatine?? Are you trying to very accurately measure your kidney function in a laboratory experiment?

ive been on yaz 3mg for 4 months now but for the past three days ive been bleeding in the middle of the pills. i am a power lifter and i take creatine and bcaas (if that makes a difference). i am also on accutane, 30mg twice daily. why is this?

: This sort of breakthrough bleeding is relatively common, especially since you have been on the pill for only a few months, and may very well resolve with your next cycle. Often there is no obvious explanation, but common triggers are taking the pills irregularly, antibiotics, illness, and stress. Your reported supplements and medications are not a factor.

Do not recommend : Supplements are not FDA regulated, therefore the ingredients are not totally known and guaranteed to be safe. There might be unknown interactions with isotretinoin. To be safe , I would recommend stop taking all supplements while you are on this medication.

Not advisable: While there are no contraindications to these drugs combined, it is not a great idea to stress your kidneys so much. Accutane can cause kidney problems as can creatine, so combining the two will likely increase the risk, even if you drink a lot of fluids. I'd talk to your doctor, but I would also tell you to avoid the creatine if you were my patient.

Not Recommended: As a pediatrician I need to caution you about the use of creatine - we still don't know what the potential long-term effects are. It is really discouraged in growing teens. Taking the combination you mentioned puts a lot of stress on your kidneys, even if you are drinking "plenty" of water.
