Treat aggressively: Low B12 in early pregnancy significantly increases risk of neural tube defects, a serious birth defect. If this was my patient i'd give injections of methylcobalamin (not cyanocobalamin) 1000 mcg every day until levels come up ; test to make sure your baby was not already affected.

Healthy mom, baby: Developing fetus will get the nutrients it needs from mom. It gets calcium from mom's blood (via mom's diet, or her bones-doesn't care). Need B12  and folate (folic acid) for normal neurological development, to prevent some congenital abn; needs iron for cell growth and development. Mom needs supplement to prevent deficiencies (increased needs due to fetal development).

Probably safe: If needed for health reasons such as pernicious anemia, then should be fine. If used for energy boosting, then would consult with your babies doctor

Why B12 shots: What do you aim to achieve with B12 shots. If you are not deficient in B12, there is nothing to be gained by taking the shots. You should discuss it with the doctor who is prescribing you deodon.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have just been diagnosed with anemia and i was advised to get vitamin b12 shots together with chela-fer. however the b12 is only with prescription, is there any other option for me?

Need more info: Who diagnosed you? Unless you have mal-absorption or pernicious anemia, oral B12 will work just as well as injection. If you have malabsorption, you may take sub-lingual B12, available without prescription. You may also need to take oral iron and multivitamins. It would be prudent to see a hematologist.

YES?NO: You can get a b!2 shot, however, if your not deficient in vitamin b12, it most likely wont be of benefit.

Yes: You can take Vit B12 with your anti-Rabies vaccine Rabipur. There are no special precautions of foods or otherwise, required while completing the series of shots.  Just take them on time as advised by ur physician.

Not doing any good: At a gfr of 40 taking large dose of B12 is not doing any harm, but not doing any good either. It is just lightening your aunt's wallet.

How often?: There are no known illeffects from overdose of vitamin B12, but you would be wasting your medication and money. If you need to take vitamin B12, you should take it as an injection and and injection of 1000 micrograms (not milligrams) each month, is more than enough.

Vit b12: Yes it is safe, vit b 12 is water soluble and excess will flush out of body.
