Safe vs Sorry: Listeria is a bacteria found in soft cheeses. It's possible that the heat from the oven would kill the bacteria. It is also possible that some of the bacteria would not be killed. Since pregnant women are 20 times more likely to get an infection from listeria i would rather you be safe than sorry.

i am 6 weeks pregnant and my doctor has found a cyst that is causing my cramps. is using a microwave heat bean bag on my tummy safe? obviously cant take anything. the cramps are sometimes nauseating.

unsaturated fat
eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). 
it can help increase HDL levels and decrease triglyceride levels
3-ounce serving of sardines provides .45 grams of EPA and .74 grams of DHA,
ostensibly good quality canned sardines should have same nutritional characteristics
