Talk w/your Dr: They have loosely related effects, so in theory could cause excess effect/side effects. If you are improving, should talk to your dr and decide together if should withdraw one and check for change or leave things as are.

That : That is a good question and it is good that you are being cautions.  No, it would not be a good idea to take sertraline and a.C.E. Diet pills.  The diet pills contain stimulants (though they are stated to be natural) that can affect the mechanism of sertraline.  It would not be safe to take them together.

probably not: In my practice, i've had patients take Meclizine for dizziness, and I have patients taking valium for muscle sprains or anxiety.  Taking both would probably cause excessive drowsiness.  I suggest you consult with your treating physician in detail to get a more specific answer for your particular situation.

Depends: Sertraline makes some people drowsy. For them, it should be taken at night. Others feel it has a caffeine effect; for them it's a morning pill. Either way, the drug lasts all day, so in terms of depression or anxiety treatment, it doesn't matter.

Consult doctor: It is prudent to consult your doctor who prescribed sertraline. Pharmaton will not do you any good, if you are taking regular mixed diet. You may, if you wish, take regular multivitamins without other supplements.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.
