Pregnant ?: If your period was delayed prior to the positive test , it is not uncommon to have an early miscarriage if this might be your first pregnancy.  There are other causes of bleeding when pregnant, so see your OB physician for an exam.

You : You need to be medically evaluated.  Please be seen by a gynecologist and be sure that your pregnancy is ok.  If you develop pain, fever, vomiting, spotting, or light-headedness/fainting then you will need to be seen in the er.

Need more info: Did you have unprotected sex? Did you miss a period? If yes to both, you should re do the test at 5-7 days after the missed period. You may get a blood test that is positive sooner and will be positive if you missed your period. For home test Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

See your GYN: To assure you are still not pregnant, or got pregnant again.  Practice safe sex if you do not want to get pregnant, get on bc and use condoms to prevent sti's.  Good luck.
