Can retest next week: Unsure if a pregnancy test was positive or not? In such a case, a woman may be pregnant. When a pregnancy test has uncertain results, one can repeat a urine test a week later. If there is a true pregnancy, the test should be positive a week later. There is generally no need to retest sooner.
