There are nice early: bras that don't have wires, you can find at macy's in kids section that cover breast buds.

Breast Buds: It is not really something you can continue to hide, they will continue to develop.  you have already found that bandaids don't work.  Talk with someone you trust about clothing that does not draw attention to your development but makes you feel more comfortable.  This could be an older sister, cousin, aunt or your mom.  This is all normal especially the feelings you are having.

large painful bite looking bump on side of neck, allergic reaction to bandaid covering it, now rash around neck, chest, legs, and arms. very itchy!

Allergic reaction: If you are aware you are allergic to bandaid and you have had similar reaction in the past most likely exposure to the same agent caused another reaction. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) usually helps but if severe, especially if you develop trouble breathing you should get seen asap.

Unlikely: A bathing suit thin enough to show the nipples would probably outline the bandaid.  You can find a circular type of bandaid or some thin foam inserts.  Be creative if this bothers you.

Talk to parents : You are 16.  You have nipples poking through.  Ask your parents for a thicker padding in your bra.  This will prevent poking through.  There isnt an operation for nipple reduction.  Talk to your parents about purchasing a bra to help.

started taking 50mg of antenolol once a day, 4 days ago for hbp. if i stop taking it now will i suffer through the withdraws (eg. chest pain, etc..) or have i not taken it that long for my body to become dependent on it.

Must be tapered down: Atenolol should never be suddenly stopped when using it for hypertension. You must consult your treating physician on how he/she wants you to taper down- usually a taper might be 50mgx 2 days, 25 mg for 2 days , then 25mg every other day x 2 days, then off ( as an example ). Stopping suddenly like you just did can cause your BP to spike.

Time and protect.: Most of the time hypersensitiveness after surgery improves with time.One of the way one can protectnthe nipple from stimulation is to put a bandaid over the nipple and then put on the cloths. If it still persists go and see your plastic surgeon.

Your doctor probably will examine your child to make sure t is breast tissue and not fat tissue. your doctor also check for pubic hair and axillary hair. If there is, he/she will order blood tests to confirm precocious puberty or not.
