Dsyplasia  is  usually  managed  expectantly  during  pregnancy meaning  that  colposcopy is performed   and biopsy if indicated, and treatment  may be indicated  after  the delivery.

: Careful monitoring the high grade cervical dysplasia remains necessary, but products of conception are generally removed by a suggical removal (via a D&amp;C), as retained products of conception may promote hemorrhage and other health risks (infection leading to sepsis). Consult your GYN physician for guidance.

Slight increase risk: Having any strain of the hpv viruses will put you at an increased risk of getting hpv warts or genital warts.  The overall prevalence has been reported to be 1%, but the prevalence is thought to be increasing and may be as high as 4-5%.

Yes: The abnormal areas on the cervix where the dysplasia resides can bleed spontaneously.  Bleeding between periods, especially bleeding after intercourse, needs to be evaluated.

Depends on multiple: Factors.  Hpv accounts for about 80% of cervical cancers.  Other risk factors for cancer and by extension for dysplasia are age at first intercourse, number of partners, smoking and genetic predisposition.

HPV: The overwhelming majority of cervical dyplasia is caused by hpv (human papilloma virus). Hpv is a virus transmitted sexually. Most cases of hpv will resolve on their own but some cases will persist and lead to precancerous (dysplasia) changes in the cervix. Some cases of cervical dysplasia can progress to cervical cancer so proper follow up with your doctor is key.
