Possible: Millions of women have endometriosis, many of them teenagers. Sometimes it is hard to diagnose in a young woman, after a girl first gets her period it is assumed maybe her painful periods are cramps.But when there is long standing pain around the cycle and no other reason can be discovered it may be suspected.
The only way to diagnose accurately is by having a laparoscopic procedure.

No: A mass of that nature could be caused by the endometriosis. However,  an umbilical hernia could be developing.  A mass that is getting bigger and more painful should be checked.

Not likely.: Anavar is an anabolic steroid that is used by body builders to build muscle mass.  Typically endometriosis is effected by the sex hormones like estrogen and progesterone.  Unless taking the anavar effected your level of sex hormones then it would not significantly effect endometriosis.  Hope this helps.

Varies: Certainly pregnancy should be the first goal. If you have not completed childbearing that should be the main focus. Having surgery on the ovary can lead to worsening infertility. Certainly you need a fertility specialist to coordinate any care since you need to be fully counseled on whether it is possible to have kids, how difficult it will or wont be, . And what surgery will help versus hurt you.

Depends: If you mean 18mmX9mmX13mm then yes, but if the measurement was cm (centimeters) then that's very large and needs to be addressed.  A hemorrhagic corpus luteum (cyst that forms after ovulation) is normal and 18 mm (millimeters) in size is quite normal.  Your endometrial thickness is fine as is your uterine size.

: PCOS and endometriosis both predispose to irregular menstruation due to lack of occasional ovulation. This may affect hormone levels, and cause skipped periods, light periods or heavy periods. If you have not been sexually active at all for the last 4 months, then no pregnancy test is needed. If concerned, take a test. Follow up with your regular Gyn Dr for further treatment for these conditions.

Not normal: Congratulations on your assessment that the bleeding since june19th isn't normal. Your question was cut off, but a GYN MD visit is imperative  to be tested for anemia and the source of the bleeding.(probably the fibroids).

: A proper answer would require a review of all of your records and tests which is well beyond the scope of this brief question and answer format. Endometriosis could be an explanation because symptoms can vary depending on location of implants, so perhaps another gynecologic opinion would be helpful.
