Not safe: It is inappropriate to take ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) as a pick me up, as it can have harmful effects on your blood pressure and it accelerates your heart rate which can be dangerous. Instead have a cup of coffee but too much caffeine is also unhealthy potentially affecting the blood pressure and heart rhythm as well.

Side effects: Taking more than the recommended dose increase your chance for side effects: flatulence, fecal urgency, anal leakage...there's no need to go above the recommended dosage.

i had the gastric sleeve done sept 2018 and have stayed the same weight since january 2019. started weight was 18st 13lbs now 13st 12lbs and not lost anymore.  secondly can you have a bypass  also?

Yes to both but . . : 265 pounds to 194 lbs in 4 months. Impressive. I'm guessing you feel better at that weight. By height you may still be technically overweight but not by much. We all have a natural set point and pushing beyond it cause we think we should is a mistake. Side effects of Orlistat are unpleasant and frankly gross. Risk of surgery at 59 isn't worth it. Eat less fat and exercise. Rejoice in your success.

See below: Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) stimulates beta-adrenergic receptors and releases norepinephrine. Adverse reactions are insomnia, nausea, headaches , dizzines, s anxiety , palpitations , tachycardia. The question is why are you taking it.? This is not a drug that you should be doing without physicians oversight. Please see your physician.

Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) has been removed from the American market for some time because it has a great potential to increase pulse and blood pressure, and was associated with a number of severe adverse events in patients taking them, as was phenylpropylamine. What you are doing is abuse, and is not helping your ADHD. Discuss with your psychiatrist if you are having problems.

Best: Will be to cut down on pseudoephedrine that is never meant to be used for more than few days.

can i take tylenol (acetaminophen) and pseudo ephedrine hcl together?

Accepted Answer

Yes: This is not a abnormal combination and one should not bother the other. Would not take the pseudoephedrine at night as this might keep you awake.
