i take flecainide for pvcs. 100mgx2 daily. i had an edible with about 10mg of marijuana because i was anxious,never had one before. now im getting pvcs and the flecainide which used to stop them now is wearing out at 6 hours after i took it. why?

Various factors come into play such as swings in blood pressure causing release of adrenaline, possible contaminants in the product, uncertainty of the alleged dose.. Apparently your maintenance dose of flecainide couldn't.suppress the ventricular irritability caused by the edible marijuana you ate

No. Smoke is toxic.: Toxic means unsafe, or really unsafe. The intentional habit of inhaling burning organic material, combined with various chemicals used in the growing and manufacturing of that material (regardless of whether it is tobacco, marijuana, or any other plant) is bad for the body. Just think about it. Who would intentionally start something burning and inhale the stuff over and over and over?

: If you anticipate nausea from taking those pills- it is better to ask the prescriber to order something which will not cause it or a prescription to avoid it. 'Recreational meds ' are recommended in unusual situations when conventional things dont work. Hope you feel better

This produces oxidative stress which increases systemic inflammation and can make your blood clot more easily.If you already have this tendency, your are worsening your health and increasing the chances of having a stroke or other clotting disease.
