No: We call that pulsatile tinnitus.  It is not "normal, " but may not be anything serious.  It may just be some fluid on the ear.  If it persists for more than a week, or is accompanied by any other symptoms like hearing loss, drainage  from the ear, facial weakness, etc get it checked out by your local ent. Best wishes!

Depends: whether your symptoms are due to an abnormality or not will depend on a full evaluation. Common causes of palpitations, tinnitus (hearing heart beat in ears) and heaves (seeing heart beat through a shirt) may be due to anxiety, hypertension, increased thyroid functioning, or increased catecholamines like adrenaline (this is a rare condition). If these symptoms continue, please see a cardiologist.

Pulsation: You are most likely hearing or feeling an artery pulsating in or around your ear. This is more noticeable while lying on that ear. It is usually a nuisance rather than anything serious, but check your blood pressure just to make sure that it is not elevated.

: Common depending on where your arteries run u in the area. With each heart beat the blood vessel may expand and contract and wiggle tube against ear drum. Or ear wax moving with each heart meet.
