Not really: It is not normal for prostate fluid to be expressed with a bowel movement. However, if the bowel movement is very large or severely constipated, then it can be possible for this occur since the stool can push on the prostate surface causing fluid to be expelled into the urethra.

Pelvic floor muscle: this could be due to a dysfunction in the pelvic floor muscles . if that is the case, few sessions of physical therapy to the pelvic floor muscles could help

: It's common for some men to express prostate fluid during defecation. The fluid is not likely infected and no harm to others who might be exposed to it. (Even STIs are not transmitted by contaminated toilet seats.) That said, esthetically others would not want to be in contact with any other person's body fluids, so wipe the seat if the fluid contacts it. Any soap or disinfectant is sufficient.

Normal: This is not a disease. Increased pressure during bm will release prostatic fluid.   Testis pain and weak urine stream should be evaluated.

: Yes. When you 'hold in' a BM you squeeze the muscles around the anus/rectum and the prostate area.

Not likely: Some individuals with signficant, chronic constipation can also have bothersome, dysfunctional lower urinary tract symptoms.  However, having a large bowel movement would not lead to prostatitis.
